I would like the ability to add existing users as Emergency Contacts to students through a data import that they do not have previously existing relationships with.

Some parents will add a friend that is currently a user at the school as an emergency contact in their child's profile and if the emergency contact's information gets updated in the system, the emergency contact information in the student's profile will not be updated to match it.

If we could link the student to the Emergency Contact via a data import, when the Emergency Contact's profile is updated, the emergency contact will be updated.
