Allow for editing the "Bulk E-Mail" label in Notification Settings

Everyone would benefit! I hesitate to direct people to Notification settings because I have to specifically tell them NOT to deselect "Bulk E-Mail," which most people read as "Junk E-Mail" and the inclination is to not receive it.

    Parents would be more responsive to a label that didn't make them think they'd be inundated with emails they won't read - and we wouldn't have to subscribe for them/explain to them why they need to subscribe

    Just adding here. We'd love for this feature as well as most parents turn this off. We'd like the label to be more like "Important School Emails" or something rather than "Bulk E-Mail".
