We have a variety of forms for which we receive payments.  Some are simple forms for a field trip with a small fee.  Other forms forms are for multi-day events or for long-term transportation arrangements with larger fees.  It would be nice for a parent to be able to break up the fee into multiple payments.

Allow the creator of the form to set a couple of payment options and let the parent select what is best for them.
