Role for users to view school forms but not edit them

Currently, a user is unable to preview school forms unless they also have access to edit them. I would like to give someone access to the preview without also giving them the ability to edit the forms themselves.

    I agree. At my school, there are many people that could check to see if forms are complete but not so many that should be able to edit forms, create forms, delete forms, etc.

    Given there are sub-tasks related to editing and deleting (at least within the Activity Manager role), it would be fabulous if they actually worked to enable or disable those functionalities.
