Add nickname as option on "user regarding" block

So many students go by nickname rather than first or middle. When exporting, would be great to have nickname as an option rather than having to manually enter into the spreadsheet afterwards.

    Non-binary students/adults frequently have a nickname that is their preferred name. We need to be able to have that display when using school forms.
