The only users that get added to the bad list are legitimate from our organization or community. While it's true the system could potentially be abused, it never has.The only thing that ends up happening is important communications are blocked like messages in the system, form submissions emails, etc. It's counter-productive to say the least.
Two solutions to this issue I can think of... give us the option to opt-out of the bad email function... or provide an option to notify us when a name gets added to it.
Otherwise, why not abandon WhippleHill forms altogether and just use alternatives like Google Forms?
