A potential use case would be as follows:  We have a parent directory that any parent in the community can use to search for other parents filtered by home city for car pool purposes.  This allows parents to reach out to other families in their city to form car pools or other transportation arrangements.  We believe that name, email address and home city is enough information to share for this purpose.  It would be useful to have a settings that would could be applied only to an individual directory (Core -> Settings -> Directory -> [your directory name]) that would us to set:

A) Which fields are available (within the bounds of Publish Profile Access settings)

B) Respect "Remove name from Directory" setting
