Ability to add employee title in | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Ability to add employee title in Employment instead of adding as business

Seems silly if the school has this system, that when adding employees in order to have a "title" (i.e. Headmaster) you have to create a business for them in order to show the title in directory. Would like to have Title as a field in employment.
