From the perspective of the end user coming to the resource board(s)

It would be very helpful to have the ability to drag and drop the tiles in any order and have it save (automatically preferred or by a user save order button).

This would allow the user to order the tiles in their particular order as they saw fit.

On the admin side If possible keeping the Post Priority and changing that into a "Post Priority/Sticky" option for admins to stick tiles to the top of the layout.
