I would like to be able to see section Min/Target/Max in a report or be able to pull into a list

With the new bulk add sections task, we can specify the min/target/and max for course sections for a course, however the only place this can be referenced is in Core > School > Departments and courses on individual courses. It would be easier to verify these if they showed in a report or I could pull them into a list.
