Students should not have the ability to hide parent contact information

When student contact information is available to teachers, they have the ability to hide their relationships.  When a teacher is trying to contact a parent about an issue, their information no longer displays on the student contact card.  When the parent has a different last name than the student, it makes it difficult for the teacher to find what they need in the directory.  Likewise, parents should not be able to hide specific contact information for certain roles (teachers and the nurse).

I value the ability for students to manage their own privacy settings for what other students and parents can see, but I would like to prevent them from hiding important information from teachers and non-teaching staff.
