Hide the database number from search filters in the directory

I would like to make it possible to hide the number of a group who fall into a specific filter in the directory. For example, a student directory which has a filter by grade would have the grade level listed but not the number of children listed in the grade.

    I think the title of this idea may be a little to accurate to be clear. :) Ultimately, it'd be nice if whenever a parent looks up their student's class in the directory, they don't also see all of our enrollment numbers. Or at least for us to have the option of hiding that info.
