Ability to hide any fields in a School Form

There are certain blocks in the Emergency Contact school form that are set to show and are locked so that we cannot hide them. If we want to hide these fields, we would have to refrain from using that block entirely. I think that School Forms should allow us to adjust which fields are showing and which fields are hidden in all blocks, instead of locking some down automatically.

    Apparenty 10 years later this has not been fixed?!?

    There is a question: Is this phone active? I want to remove this question. To me it is dumb and unnecessary. Why would a parent be listed an inactive phone number for their emergency contact?


    Please, please, please let this question be hidden if a school wishes.

    Yes, this needs to be corrected.  It's crazy that you can't choose which fields to show.  Also, if you want to ask for 3 cell phone #'s and 3 land line #'s there's no way to differentiate.  

    The worst part is you say, "Please add up to 3 cell phone #'s and 3 land line #'s" the parent is required to fill out EVERY field.  Why on earth are all fiends required?  Parents might only have 3 of the 6 we're asking for.  It shouldn't be required!
