We would like the ability to pull a list or report that shows all students who have not been assigned an Advisory.
Currently there is no report or list that will show which students do not yet have an advisor assigned and this would be helpful when Advisors leave and their students aren't re-assigned to a new advisor at the same time.

I just tried this on our file set and it brought up a bunch of students
that have advisory sections. Even after I selecting the Heading Column to
display advisor. Strange thing is the advisor is not showing in the column
either. Yet if you go into the students records under enrollment they have
advisors in different areas.
Hi Bruce -- We've been looking at what's going on with your data and found that the Display in header checkbox on the advisory record isn't checked. It will need to be checked in order to have advisors to pick from in the Student List and also for the list to see that value as being populated (and not pull back students that actually have advisory sections).

In the Student list in onRecord, onCampus or Core, there is an Advisor filter in the Student section of the filters. An option has been added to that filter for "None assigned" that will give you the students that do not have an advisor.
How can I make this list?
This goes hand in hand with "Not in an activity this term", "Not in a sport". its painful and is a simple idea that should have been resolved on first roll out of these features in OnSuite
