Ability to have recommended upload size for temp passwords on Bulk Upload Temp Passwords task

Since this has recently changed where large files throw an error on the bulk upload temp passwords page, it would be helpful to have a note on that page saying the recommended amount is around 100 lines within the file.

    I voted on this idea when I was a Platform Manager, so I remember how challenging this was! Now that all users authenticate via Blackbaud ID, this will not be implemented directly in Blackbaud Education Management.

    Ditto what "guest" said.  You can't really call this a "bulk upload".

    Not really a bulk upload if there is a limit of 50 or even 100 when schools have a much larger number of constituents.
