Also, now that our parents are into filling forms out for this school year, they are constantly clicking on last year's forms to complete, even though we have labeled each form with the school years 2015-2016 or 2016-2017. This is extremely problematic as we have had numerous complaints about parents not being able to complete forms. If we cannot find a way to get rid of old forms (without going through each form individually and hand deleting EVERY SINGLE RECIPIENT), then this is going to get VERY confusing for parents and staff going forward with even more forms clogging up their screens and ours.

This has been requested many times in various forms. If this feature isn't implemented by next year, we will not be able to use school forms anymore. It was already very problematic this year.

Totally agree. Also, on the administrative side, it is tedious to look through every form that has been produced every year to find or edit a form. It would be great if we could 'archive' old forms or set them to expire so that we don't have to filter through forms from multiple years.
