Allow option to post Resource Boards to parents of candidates

We want our parents to get a feel for resource boards during the admissions process.  Thus, we could create resource boards for them - such as Placement Test information/links, athletics, dress code, etc...

      Should this be merged with :

      Allow the creation of Resource Boards for other roles/personas: Candidate & Parent of Candidate; Parent of Alumni; Grandparent; etc.

      Applicant parents, Board of Directors, Past Parents (withdrawn and parent of alums) all need access to a board specific to them.  Friend now has too much on it because it has to serve so many groups.
