Ability to change the default of | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Ability to change the default of Never on the Automated Call when a person adds an emergency contact

We have used an Emergency Contact Update form but many of the default contacts are listed as Never which isn't helpful, and currently the form it isn't editable. We would like added numbers to be able to default to something other than Never.

Emergency Contact Default Change Merged

Please the change the default from "Never" to "Emergency Only." Many parents overlook this step and then so not receive emergency alerts.
