Changes to Nurse's Office Reporting
When we create Medical List the Student Name field is the whole student name. Can you separate the first and last name fields so that we can download a list and sort by the student's last name? Also the Student Id field in the filter looks like it is actually the Host ID for the student. We use Student Ids from the general information area (student ids with a naming convention specific to our school). Can you add the true Student Id field to the filter choices and rename the current Student Id filter field to Host Id. Thanks.

We are just moving to On and it is really frustrating that almost all the other lists have the option to export first name and last name as two separate columns as opposed to the full student name. No way to sort by last name easily. I would think this would be an easy thing to add to OnRecord considering how many of the other lists have the ability to add the first name and last name as two separate columns.

I can't believe this hasn't had more votes. The fact that you have only two bits of information on the medical list that are student information, "name" "Student ID", means you have to do join two exports if a faculty member wants anything as simple as Birthday also on the list.
