What's odd about this is that usually something hardwired in gives the clones of a role those hardwired tasks. For example, Grading Manager has Record Grades hardwired in so that any clone, even when the task "Record Grades" is unchecked, still gives it that access. But in this case, a clone of Platform Manager WITH all tasks checked DOES NOT give access to List Admin. We need a way to give access to List Admin only!
