We use School Forms extensively at MCDS and we are now facing a problem when trying to build lists; if you use parenthesis in the name of the form, the list will not work. Because certain permission slips will need to be repeated year after year we inset the date or the year in parenthesis, for example "6th Grade Class Trip (2016)". When attempting to filter a School Forms List, the use of the parenthesis in the Form Name breaks the list and you are unable to return a list of form submissions for that form.

Core should prohibit the use of characters that will break other system functionality/reporting if used. It should also have a disclaimer about which characters are "illegal."
