Contact Card Editor Role

We need better flexibility to create user roles. Right now to have a user edit contact cards you need to copy the platform manager role. However, they still have access to ALL reprots in Core.  There is no reason someone who can update addressed needs access to all these reports (ie:  The user does not need to access onBoard reports)

    Thanks for your input! We are exploring the idea of creating a Contact Card Manager role (perhaps Editor is better) that would have access to Handle Profile Changes, Core People Finder, Core Profile with only the Contact Card.  This would allow all edit capability as the Platform manager has today, including view access to fields regardless of profile publish settings.  Does this match what you would expect?  What would you think about access to the Settings tab as well (email notifications and profile publish settings).
