Designate responsible signers for school forms Merged

We have many  students who are either working with a tutor who is designated as an educational consultant with parental rights or come from a split household. When we issue a school form to the entire student body, it is quite time consuming to remove those who should not have the right to sign permission forms, etc. Now that there are "responsible signers" for contracts, could the same principle be transferred to school forms when parents are asked to sign?

This is a significant problem! I was once erroneously told by support that removing the "responsible signer" designation would prevent non-custodial parents and others with parental access from being added to a form. It doesn't and it should!!!! So time consuming to remove inappropriate signers!!!

As a corollary: we would like the option to allow parent A to sign the contract and both parents to sign forms.

This needs to be fixed. The system should not attach forms for parents to sign who aren't Responsible Signers!

We have so many forms that are going to parents who aren't responsible signers, and it's getting unwieldy to do this manually.  An additional permission for "Responsible for signing forms" would help with this immensely.

This really needs to be added. This time of year when we are issuing so many forms, we need any easy way for forms to only go to responsible signers. We have many step-parents who can log in, view course pages, grades, etc, but they do not need to be signing permission forms, and it is very time consuming to manually remove them. I hope this will be taken under strong consideration as a new feature.
