Ability to Add Unlimited Addresses and Salutations for Users

Currently, you can only add 5 addresses in the system  because that is the amount of hard coded address types allowed. We would like to be able to add unlimited addresses and salutations. Some users do have different living situations that would require more addresses.

    Please make the address type table editable. The available address types are not useful (for me anyway).

    It would be helpful to be able to add different address types as well, such as Street Address.

    It would be great if addressees and salutations were separate from addresses.
