Currently - the Review and Print buttons are both blue in the list of school forms.  When a parent is looking for a new form within the list - it is easy for them to miss the one form that doesn't have the green Completed button - because the Blue Review is the same color as the Blue Print button.

Both Review and Continue could be orange - much easier to find when looking at a page full of Blue and Green buttons.
