These two countries do not need to be specified (French part) and (Dutch part). It's not good for addresses on envelops and the way the country is written pretty much tells you which part it is. The correct way to address this if you really want to differenciate them would be to add which country they belong to ie. Saint Martin, FWI (for French West Indies) and Sint Marrten is enough.
