integrate nurse visit with attendance Merged

When a student goes to the nurse it would be great if the time in and time out were visible in attendance data so that teachers could see why students are absent from class when they are at the nurse.

    There are 3 of these now. It would be nice to have them combined.  If you search "nurse attendance" the top 3 results are identical.  Lets get this implemented!
