Add the new file type of *.kod to the list of files supported in the site

Our computer teachers are preparing for their students to use Kodu in their classes and would like the students to submit exported Kodu files (*.kod) to onCampus.  That file type is not supported in the tool.  We would like to see that file type added to the list of supported file types.

    We will be adding 35 file types to the whitelist in our next major release to support CAD, illustration, software development and other tools that students need to generate output from for their courses including this file type.
