It would be great if keyboard shortcuts (hot keys) were added for much of the functionality here, so one doesn't have to bounce between keyboard and mouse so often.  also, since the layout is so spread out, one spends way too much time scrolling around.

An example: 

1 <goto mouse>

2  click 'people finder'

3 <go to kbd>

4 type "smith"

5 all names with "Smith" in them appear, 

6 go to mouse and click on the "smith" you want

Ideally, one should be able to do all these things without ever leaving the keyboard:

1. hotkey for 'people finder'

2. tab down to 'name'

3. type "smith"

4. tab [or arrow] down to the "smith" we want

This sounds trivial, but when you do it hundreds of times a day, it makes a huge difference.
