When changing the student enrollment, currently there is no way to have a change to one row affect all subsequent rows. To eliminate manual labor, why not have all enrollment rows change, and in rare instances of a child repeating a grade, then go in and change that one record manually, but assume that a change in one grade ticks upwards through graduation.
