Currently our Learning Profile displays our equivalent to an IEP (an Accommodation Plan). We would love to include a copy of the most recent Psychological Evaluation only to be viewed by certain people (Case Manager and Learning Support Coordinator). Right now we download them to Google Drive so we can send them to the College Board and SAT Board when we are applying for accommodations.
Our learning profile managers would like the ability to upload IEP pdfs for students, but they need to be locked down so that only the profile managers would be able to view and download the files.
Yes right now you can see that they have a file but cannot preview or download. You can only download the forms from their user access profile, which only platform managers have access to. Also we would need to be able to restrict the forms so only the certain roles you choose can see or download them in the contact card.
