I want a sandbox with MY data

Many companies provide a live version of your data (production), and also a sandbox database. And though I can ask for a sandbox, it doesn't stay up indefinitely and it doesn't have my data. I want to be able to train, test, demo different setups with what my database looks like. It is not uncommon in this industry. Usually there is a refresh window of monthly or something similar.

    Would love a way to test processes and create video trainings without everything being live! Especially as we move into Online Course Requests this would be extremely helpful.

    This would be very helpful.  Is seems the support team already has access to this "mirrored" version of our data.  Please open access to us.

    Yes we do too!!!  We have a ton of test students in our system and it throws off all of the enrollment #s. We are finding that our Admissions and Business Office are keeping spreadsheets again because they feel they cannot trust the #s.

    I know it sounds like they could merely subtract the # of test students, but when you are running multiple lists, it is very time consuming.
