Create sortkey field to enable sorting by LastName,FirstName,MiddleName,UserID thorughout system

Useful to enable sorting and output options throughout the system - especially when it comes to listing faculty on reports and exported lists. This would also match the functionality of other Blackbaud databases (RE, EE/FE, ...)
