We would like there to be a notification pop up when a user is entering an event into the calendar for a room that is already marked for that time to let them know the room is not free and prevent double bookings

We would also like to be able to tie multiple rooms to an event as sometimes our events can take more than one depending on the need. Even the ability to include an “over-ride” option would help. Something that gives you the option to “Cancel” the current entry or “Continue” and allow the second event to be added and notify the creator of the first event that their event has been cancelled.

Hi there, we added a while back not a pop-up but in the scheduling setup itself in the locations list the visibility into which locations were available or booked
