Considering the confidential material that schools are storing in blackbaud's k12 solution, I think there should be a 2-factor authentication option, which an institution could choose to implement individually or institution-wide. I personally have that with my Amazon account, with my bank, with my Microsoft account and my Google account. Please keep me posted on progress
Richie, I'm sorry this idea wasn't updated properly - we have released 2-factor authentication via SSO to Google or Azure, or directly with connecting users to authenticate via Blackbaud ID. I can't believe this idea has been out for the past 2 years and it has not been implemented yet. With all the data breach going on, this should have been standard.
I too think this in important. What I am curious about is if/when we move to BB ID, how will the 2FA be handed if we are syncing with AD with Azure and already have 2FA in place there.
I feel that this is essential in today's world. Did I hear that this was already in process?
Please this has to be an option at least for Platform Managers.

In light of Equifax, this would be a really nice feature to implement.
