Our organization with the launch of onMessage this school year and all the other modules in years past.  We have added and will continue utilize school forms.  This is one of our most popular features.  For the same frustration as Katie, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make school forms accessible/syncable through any "on" module.

I would also like this - my thought was that it would be nice to be able to click on all forms a student/parent has submitted through their record.  I often have to leave a student's record to search through forms to find what they have filled out and whether or not it was submitted.  It would be nice to have links to an individual's forms via their record for times when you only need to reference a single form.  

We have purposefully created forms in onCampus or onRecord based on the audience for the form and the nature of the request.  Our Profile Update forms and Academic Release forms are in onRecord, where as forms that related to behavioral contracts or classroom related items were created in onCampus.  Until I can delete outdated forms from the list - not just mark them inactive - then I would prefer that the school forms stay "attached" to the persona where they were created.
