The ability to hide completed School Forms from Parents Merged

We would like to be able to hide School Forms from Parents so that each year they are not inundated with completed forms for them to have to dig through to find their new form to complete. A viable alternative would be once the academic year changes to hide any school forms from previous years.

    Not keen on the hiding idea in case parents want to look back and see who signed what the year before, but definitely some sort of organization by year or folders like Mark suggested.  When parents look at their list of forms it is a mess.

    We use forms for gathering annual information and I would like the ability to hide old forms when deploying new forms.If that's not possible can we make folders available so that older complete forms can be stored there?
