Allow Parent of Incoming Students access to NetClassroom SSO

These users are set up in The Education Edge as well as Core. We would like to be able to add this role to help get the new parents familiar with NetClassroom before the new school year begins. This is also helpful as billing is done through NetClassroom as well.
