People Finder should show "no results" or Recently Viewed when no results match the name typed
- Go to Core/PeopleFinder
- In the Search box, start typing a text string that doesn't exist given the filter, minimum 2 characters.
If there are no results, the label should remain "Recently Viewed" or, empty out the list and say "no results"
