Our school likes that cloned platform managers cannot impersonate other true platform managers. However, some cloned platform managers need to be able to impersonate other cloned platform managers. In our school's example, we have a tech team that shouldn't have the true platform manager role, but should be higher than some other cloned platform managers.

It would be helpful to have a way to let some higher cloned platform managers impersonate other clones who need cloned roles for things like adding content to the resource board.
