We have a link to Blackbaud Tuition Management on our Resource Board for parents. The second we graduate their children, they no longer have access to any of the Resource Boards which means they lose the link to pay their remaining bills! An "All School" Resource Board would be very helpful.

We really need more votes and action on this. Sounds like lots of schools have great info in their resource boards that would be helpful for all the roles that onCampus allows--alumni parents, pending faculty, etc. It simply should be easy to keep all of our collective constituents engaged. Parents of alumni would be a big help for us.

This should be merged with 

Allow the creation of Resource Boards for other roles/personas: Candidate & Parent of Candidate; Parent of Alumni; Grandparent; etc.

On the back end of a school year, we now post recordings of Baccalaureate and Commencement on the Parent Resources resource board. Parents of graduating seniors don't have much time to go their and download those recordings before their role becomes Parent of Alumni, so we'd like to give that role access.

Need to add Pending Teachers and other pending employees as well. For onboarding purposes, it would be nice to give them access to a wide variety of info (HR info, policies and procedures, other school info).

We would like to add newly enrolled parents (parents of new families that have enrolled for next fall, but they aren't in the "parent" category until we matriculate to the next school year) so that they can get used to logging in, AND so that we can provide them with some resource boards that have information specifically geared toward them.

I would add Grandparent access as well!
