Add "Time change" as an option when editing a schedule for Athletic events.

It would be nice to have a 'Time Change' option when editing a game, instead of having to use the 'reschedule' option. This would make the resulting (needed!) notification less confusing if the event is still on the same day.

      We agree with this! We want "Postponed" when we don't know the rescheduled date and time at that moment. And we also want "Location Change" when a game's location is modified usually for weather.

      I agree that the "Time Change" option would be very beneficial.  I also think a "Location Change" option is needed as well.  The Notifications have caused a lot of confusion with our students and parents.
