The pipe character added to the reference code generated by the system is not accepted in some export formats.

Connect5 web import interface of a .CSV file will not take a | (pipe) character. Consider changing the character to something more commonly used and accepted. Perhaps a hyphen.

    Absolutely. This creates problems if one integrate with Blackboard Connect 5. It is impossible to upload a call list of user id's because the pipe character is illegal.
