When schools use Senior Systems to create profiles in ON, the profiles do not get created if the first and last name are identical to another user that is already in the software. The user must then be added manually and linked and a change must be made to trigger synchronization. It would be great if there was a way for the integration to look at more than just the first and last names of a the user.
