Allow users to define and save one of their custom SKY lists as the default view.  Similar to users being able to save their calendar view parameters.  

Because many users have custom lists that they commonly use, it would be a time saver not to have to open their favorite list each time they open the SKY list page.  A good example is the Report card grades SKY list - it defaults to all students, all grade plans and at this time of the year at our school it takes a while to load the 34,500 grades that entails.  This (a) wastes server processing time and (b) produces a list that hardly anyone would choose on a regular basis.
