Every spring I give my graduating seniors and their parents a copy of their immunizations for college registration.  This is especially important for our international students since they receive many while in the US.  Currently a list will only provide name, grade, immunization and status - a list should also include their dob and immunization date.  If this is not possible, then give parents/students access to the immunization information on the medical tab of their records.
