After opening a conversation in Messages and then closing the pop-up window, I find myself redirected to my start page. We were told that the website “brings you back to the area you were last working in as a measure to avoid losing your progress.” I find this new feature really frustrating and a time waster. I tend to batch up messages to respond to all at once for the sake of efficiency. So for me, the area I was last working in WAS the Messages area, the area where I’m trying to make progress by catching up on reading and replying to messages! Scrolling through Featured Content doesn’t involve any lost work in progress, so continually returning me to that page does not feel in the least helpful.
