Allow non-temporary passwords to be set for students

We train our students to use better passwords by assigning them a generated password in excess of 8 characters with certain complexity requirements.  This password is set in each system the students use and they are not allowed to reset them.  The students do very well learning these passwords and gain a valuable life skill along the way.  Making us login to a couple hundred accounts manually to accomplish is a waste of our limited time.

    Now that all users authenticate via Blackbaud ID, this will not be implemented directly in Blackbaud Education Management. To manage student login credentials most efficiently, Blackbaud recommends establishing an SSO connection with your Identity Provider.
