The ability to email a group of students and/or parents who have no common group. There are times when we need to be able to easily and quickly email out to a group. We don't want to use official notes because it is not something that should be tacked onto their digital file, and manually looking up the parent email addresses for 10-20 students in the directory is daunting. Our offices would be the primary users, but there are times when faculty may need to use it as well.

For example:

Groups of middle school students are going off campus and we need to get a specific permission form for each group. Be able to select group A's students and send a bulk email out to them. Then do group B. Then group C.
