Highlight row being managed when promoting or graduating

When dealing large numbers of students, it would be helpful for the row to highlighted where the mouse is hovering.  It would also be helpful to have the headers visible too.

    Gridlines would work too; anything to help know which radio button corresponds to the student!

    Also, please underline the names of students with no promotion record.  Differentiating the italics is really difficult.
